WHERE'S MY ORDER?
Once your order is placed, you receive an email with a shipment confirmation that includes a tracking number that will help you locate your SAINTAIA package.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER IF I PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOR?
Once the order is placed we try our best to ship your item(s) as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or alter items in your order once it's placed. We suggest that you return the item(s) and make a new order with the correct size or color.
CAN I RETURN WORN OR ALTERED ITEMS?
We have a very strict policy regarding worn or altered item(s). Items must be returned in their original condition, same as when you received them. All original tags attached, original packaging, never laundered/sprayed with fragrance, hygiene seal intact, not soiled (traces of make-up/spray tan/deodorant). SAINTAIA reserves the right to deny a refund on returned items that have been altered in any way. Would you ever want to purchase a dirty item? I assume your answer was no. Thank you for understanding the purpose of our policy.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item(s) you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.
If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you have 14 days upon receiving your parcel to return your item(s). Please send the unused item(s) in its original and unworn condition with SAINTAIA tags, zipper bags and hygiene seal intact. Items with any tags or liners removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. SAINTAIA reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in anyway.
To retrieve a return label, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com, please include the order number in the "subject" section and explain briefly the reason of your return (you must follow the same procedure to exchange an item).
If a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable, the carrier may return the package. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly. Please note packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses. Undeliverable merchandise will be refunded once it is returned. All returned orders will be assessed a return shipping fee.
